Spring Ab Crunch Challenge - Week 12

Last week of the Challenge! We increase the Reverse Crunch to 10 on each side!

Basic Crunch - 30
Twist Crunch -15 each side
Plank - try to hold this position for sixty seconds or longer
The HundredDead Bug - 20 on each side
Reverse Crunch - 10 on each side
